Uneducated employees, unresponsive manager, would not honor my groupons, I never got my money back. This is the perfect example of why I don't like "local" deals. I paid for nothing and the whole experience was a nightmare. Not to mention, I'm still out of my money.

Deceptive "fine print". Undefined "offers" that are not to be used in combination with the Groupon. Very annoying. Would not purchase again.

Customer service is a great need for this location, I did not even use my groupon. Instead I purchased through the Mooresville location as their customer service is much better!
