At Z Total Body, trainers lead energizing and up-tempo group workouts that help clients strengthen, tone, build endurance, and have fun. Members select from 35 various classes & challenges that range from traditional cardio and abdominal workouts to inventive classes that integrate trampolines or circuit challenge. Instructors also build brawn via interval resistance training, cardio kickboxing, and muscle confusion classes.
