At any table in Akira Habachi & Sushi Bar, knives and spatulas (as well as food) can be seen flying around. While that might sound like the result of some misbehaving kids, its actually because of the talented showman cooking up fresh hibachi dinners for guests. Favorites from the grill include juicy lobster and the crispy chicken katsu, served with tender noodles and stir-fried veggies.

But the chefs also specialize in colorful and elaborate arrangements of sushi and appetizers. Sparing no expense when it comes to presentation, the chefs lay out delicate cuts of sashimi with soy sauce pourings resembling dragons, birds, and butterflies. Specialty rolls including their king lobster roll and appetizers like their tempura jalapeno poppers round out the menu.
