I highly recommend this place! I’m so happy I decided to take the leap and try lash lifts for the first time. :) Lyn is wonderful and the service is great!

I got a lash lift with Lee/Ly and she was unprofessional and the lash lift didn't work. She had me lay down on a table that had both a black hair and a blonde hair on it which makes think they didn't change the dressing in between appointments. She didn't ask what style lashes I wanted at all. She didn't inform me when she was going to touch my eye or explain the process. She was playing some sort of pop playlist that she sang loudly to continuously throughout the whole process. And in the end my lashes didn't look any different. It was a waste of my time and money :(

Hi Alisa, I’m sorry you didn’t have a good experience. We have 15 hair stations in the salon so it’s inevitable that we find hair in places throughout the salon. I feel most happy and comfortable to do my best work with music in the background. I’m sorry for singing along with the music. I’ve never had anyone saying that I as unprofessional. I believe that we should all have fun an enjoy doing our work. If you would Luke your lashes more curly, If you had a preference, on the type of curls I wish you have told me. I hope to make it right. Please come see me again and I will make the appropriate changes to make your experience a good one. Have a awesome day!
