Absolutely Amazing!!!!

Purchased the couples massage package- FIRST of all, the customer service was A+ AMAZING! Great communication and the owner that helped me, walked me thru every step of the appointment process up until the time of appointment. He did a great job. HOWEVER, I will say this was NOT what I was expecting. I didn't really put it together until I arrived-- but the actual massage venue is INSIDE a Comfort Suites Hotel Lobby, in a small karaoke/private party type of room and it just had 8 to 12 chairs distanced around the dance floor [allbeit- very new, nice chairs]… the place was just WEIRD and not very luxurious. I felt as if I was walking into a rich, gen z fratboy bedroom with abundance of chairs and LED room lights. I'm so sorry if that sounds mean, but it literally feels JUST like that. I thought it was a brick and mortar establishment and that someone would be there to at least greet us. It was a surprise birthday gift for someone special and when we arrived; it was just a little odd and alarming to find out we were walking into a random room in a small hotel lobby... The chairs were great- super new and high tech. BUT again, just thought it was a more established place than what it really was... Overall I should've researched a bit more. I'd use this again for recovery after a hard workout BY MYSELF- but its simply not the nice, romantic vibe I was quite looking for... Hope this helps someone. And for the record, I really do appreciate the fabulous customer service.

Great chair massage! Location has changed and is at the comfort inn suites at 96th and 69 which gave us pause but lots of texts giving us details/explanations of what to do by owners so A+ for communication!Not your typical massage experience but these chairs were awesome- they even massage your feet! The room had maybe 10 chairs but it was just me and my boyfriend so very private. Two thumbs up!
