About Bikram Yoga Flemington

Jane, the yoga guru behind Bikram Yoga Newton, first took to yoga as a way of grieving the loss of a loved one who passed from Alzheimer's. Now, she helps others harness the healing power of yoga and breathe new life into themselves. At the studio, she focuses on Bikram, a form of hot yoga that involves 26 postures and a heated room to help relax the muscles and expel toxins. While Bikram takes the spotlight, Jane also offers classes in hot Pilates, Vinyasa yoga, and other body-awareness practices.

Jane, the owner, is very skilled, knowledgeable, and instructs very patiently, while still helping students reach the “edge” in their practice. She takes each student wherever they are in their practice and helps them stretch and advance at their own pace. I would highly recommend this studio.

Best yoga class I have ever been to. I bought ten classes and so far have only gone to three and I have improved and feel amazing. The instructor, Jane, makes you feel so comfortable in your own skin without saying a word, she just accepts each person that walks in, and she appreciates and acknowledges every improvement, no matter how small. This class is so amazing.

It’s a beautiful studio. The teachers ar very good and knowledgeable. Unfortunately the studio isn’t finished so it does not get as hot as it shoul. Hopefully there will be dressing rooms in the future instead of one bathroom.. I like it a lot.
