Hotel não limpa as piscinas, não arruma os quartos nem troca roupas de cama e banho. Tive que reclamar para o serviço ser feito.

I was nervous to go inside, but once in there it wasn't scary or intimidating at all. Staff was friendly and they had a decent selection of lingerie (which is what the groupon was for).

I was not aware of the store in general but after seeing the Groupon I checked them out on line and was impressed with the selection. I was even more impressed when I went to the store in person. The staff was friendly and very helpful.
