We went in for lunch. They have lunch buffet, but we cannot use the Groupon for buffet. That's ok, we will order from the menu. They gave us the dinner menu, which is ok to us too. But they bring one of the dish for us, when we do not even have, plates, forks or spoons to eat with. So we went to the buffet table to get our own plates, forks. Then we could not find any napkins. the second dish was brought to us 20 minutes later. When we got the bill the total for the two dishes was around $30.00, but they put in a $4.35 tips value there without telling us in advance. When we left the restaurant, they asked for my phone number, and said that they want to keep track of the Groupon users, so we cannot use Groupon the second time. With that kind of service and attitude, I would not want to go there even if they offer the food free.

Food is terrible. Customer service is pathetic as waiters don't refill water or clear plates. Best of all and absolutely ridiculous, cashier told that they don't accept groupons and they don't know who sold groupons. Not worth and hence we have blacklisted.

The food was marginal...the tandoori chicken was not good at all, and it was impossible to determine which part of the chicken was prepared for this dish...it was full of bone, cartilage, grisly bits...and practically inedible. On the other hand, our chicken masala dish was quite good, the rice was well cooked and the Naan bread was fine. Atmosphere was terrible, and the waiter spent more time watching Indian movies on television that watching out for us at our table. We will never return to this restaurant in Reston nor would I recommend this place to anyone...
