She is unprofessional and asked for the voucher number once I made my appt while also telling me that Groupon isn't paying her for her vouchers so I might have to pay her if she hasn't got paid on deals before me when I have my appt And then cnxled my appt for tomorrow with no explanation. She is dishonest

Professional and thorough. Pressure was great. Left feeling relaxed and pain free

I had a very difficult time scheduling my appointment because of her limited hours in the first place. When I arrived for my full body massage she told me all she could offer was a shoulder massage because she had been dealing with an an injury for several months. When I told her that wasn’t acceptable and I would rather a refund, she told me that she would charge me a cancellation fee. For which she already had me credit card because it was required to schedule with her in the first place. This person is selling services that she cannot provide, then charging a fee when people refuse to switch to a lower service for the same price. This is very dishonest and she should not be selling service that she can’t provide. Stay away from this company

Owner was recently in an accident and kept hedging on cancelling the appt. Lot's of rules like giving a cc to penalize someone for not going. Owner made the process very stressful. The massage is not 1 hour but 40 min. They take time off for you to fill out forms and change clothes. Not the place for you if you want a relaxing experience.
