This merchant sold me a pre-paid package after redeeming the Groupon. She has not returned phone calls or messages to schedule those appointments since February. It is now June. I called the bank to have the charge reversed and she's submitted a false claim of services rendered therefore denying the reversal. My recommendation would be to look elsewhere after your Groupon expires.

They are only open during the week, very inconvenient for someone who works. I tried to take a day off of work, but they were in the process of moving and my voucher was going to be expired by the time they were moved.

The costumer service is awful. I called the first day to make an appointment and they took 3 days to contact me back. They left a short voicemail, are not open on weekends, and when I was finally able to get a hold of them, setting up an appointment was a hassle. Two days before my appointment I got a text saying they are closed due to moving! I never got my facial; I requested a full refund.
