I had an appointment booked for today at noon. It took 2 hours and 40 minutes to get my oil changed. There was no inspection done of my vehicle, no tire pressure checked, nor was there any top up of fluids. I had to ask the mechanic why it was taking so long before he went and completed my oil change. He’d actually gone and started working on somebody else’s vehicle without putting the oil back in my car. It was a 15 minute drive for me to get home. After two hours of being home, I went out to the garage, and my car was still extremely hot. That was when I realized that the other fluid levels had not been topped up. I had to keep the hood up because the car was so overheated which is concerning me now about the type of oil that they put in my car. Not sure if that could cause this? After my experience today, I would never go back there nor would I recommend them to anyone. I forgot to mention, I had paid $50 for a Groupon for a synthetic oil change and when I got there, I was asked to pay an additional $10. Even though the Groupon read, a complete oil change… I’ve included a photo which clearly illustrates I have no windshield fluid in the reservoir.

They got me in right away, no waiting. Staff very nice. Was in and out within 30 minutes.

A lot of people were waiting for a long time the guy at the front desk was not much help to anybody from what I observed

I made an appointment for 10AM for an oil change, but the car sat for over a hour before a technician drove it inside to do the work. I would have greatly preferred arriving a few minutes before the work could start and gotten some other chores done rather than spend 1 1/2 hours sitting in a customer lounge area. The Staff were polite and the work seems to have been done as expected.
