I would’ve given 5 stars because the massage was great. However, I drove to the new location in Alexandria from Baltimore to find out my appt was never in the system when I had made an appt over the phone 3 weeks prior. The receptionist was able to make an appt but I had to wait 1 1/2 hours after that long drive. The champagne and tea offered were a delight, the place is clean and decorated nicely
