What was the inspiration to start or run this business? I started this business to cater to people and their car needs. I believe in only replacing what needs [to be] repaired and not overselling something that is not needed. I also believe in same-day service if possible—no need to have your car in a shop for weeks without answers.
What do you love most about your job? What I love most about my job is making customers [happy] and fixing cars.

The guys were funny, professional, and very easy to talk to. They did not try to up sale me nor did they treat my like a dumb woman. I told all of my Facebook friends and several of my students. Thanks guys. My girlie car appreciated your gentle touch!!! 😂😂😂 Thanks for not being able to sell her while I was gone. LOL

Was informed after oil changed that the Groupon did not cover the full amount of oil needed. Nowhere in the fine print did it specify a limit on oil, and my engine only requires 6 quarts. Also charged for the filter cartridge. This Groupon for "full synthetic oil change" is NOT for a full oil change. In all I paid almost $30 over what I had already paid for on Groupon.

Yes before purchasing the Groupon the coupon states:
All services include the following:
Up to 5 quarts of oil New oil filter (additional charges for premium filters apply).
Lubrication of the chassis, if necessary.
Complimentary top-off of power steering and windshield-washer fluid.
Complimentary multi-point inspection that includes visual check of brakes, brake-fluid level, air filter, wiper blades, belts, tires, shocks, and struts.
Customers receive 10% off additional services when you redeem the oil change.
and the fine print also states that the voucher will not cover disposal and shop fees.
We are sorry you are upset about this but we have asked Groupon to make sure all this is covered so no customer feels blind sided. We also encourage all customers to call ahead for more info and appointments.
