Coupon was redeemed without me using it. I bought the deal and a few days later it is used? What is going on??

Haven't used voucher yet it says it is redeemed. I will try to call them but seems others have had the same problem and little luck contacting them. I will be very disappointed if I wasted my money!!

I got a voucher for Swedish massage for here on 4/13 and I didn’t visit this place and on 4/15 my voucher is redeemed. Can somebody explain me what is this? Is it some fraud by Groupon ?
