fancy burgers started out with really good burgers char-broiled was the only reason i bought these coupons. since then, last time i went, i noticed no taste of char-broiled hamburger. i gave them another chance today, even asking if they still char-broiled their burgers. he hesitantly said, "no. not anymore". WOW. so i ordered instead their pastrami, since their menu picture looked real good. what i got was burnt, dry pastrami stuffed in a small hot dog bun. not a hogie bun but a hot dog bun sliced in half and stuffed into a small french fry pouch. for $9+ again, WOW. might i add, that when my order was ready, the worker yelled out my order number (only one there) and just left it on the counter. maybe i'm asking for too much if could he waited till i got there and said "thank you". just my idea of good customer service. i really don't think this establishment will last too long there. going back to triangle burgers. they still have good ole char-broiled burgers there.

The coupons my not be the best deal. At 4/$12 I paid $3 for a $5 coupon, so saved only $2.

I wanted to try one the fancy burgers since that is presumably what you are famous for. But when I got to the payment window and presented my $5 Groupon the cashier said he could not accept it because Fancy Burgers was one of the "Specials" and his "boss" had instructed him not to accept Groupons for specials. What?! It is my understanding that Groupons are to be used as payment and nowhere in the small print does it say anything to the effect that the establishment could not accept a Groupon for payment of a special. And I ordered more than just what was on the specials list; couldn't it have paid for that?! Furthermore, I didn't like the fact that my Groupons were divided into $5 increments. I know it is to get the customer back two more times to redeem $5 per visit, but I would have much preferred the $15 Groupon for one visit. I would have felt more like I was saving significantly, which I feel is the whole purpose of Groupons.
