At dinner, servers tote sweet-potato fries with chimichurri aioli or carry entrees such as applewood-bacon-wrapped filet mignon with brandy mushroom sauce. At the end of meals, dulce de leche cheesecake and raspberry white-chocolate cheese brûlée desserts can be paired with glasses of wine from the lounge.
