The dinner salad was fresh and delicious, the fresh cooked vegetables were done to perfection and the garlic mashed potatoes were good. But my filet steak was to cut too thin although large enough but had so much fibrous tissue in it, it was hard to really get a tender bite. It was cooked perfectly, just not enjoyable. My husband had the salmon, said it was good but needed some lemon or sauce. Service was a little slow and could have been a little friendlier.

From Our Editors

Aromas of grilled salmon and garlic Cajun cream sauce waft across the lobby of the Park Inn Radisson, emerging from the kitchen of Smugglers Restaurant and Lounge. At dinner, servers tote sweet-potato fries with chimichurri aioli or carry entrees such as applewood-bacon-wrapped filet mignon with brandy mushroom sauce. At the end of meals, dulce de leche cheesecake and raspberry white-chocolate cheese brûlée desserts can be paired with glasses of wine from the lounge.
