I love this place! The food is delish, margaritas strong, and service good. What more can you ask for?

My two kids ordered pineapple juice and what they got was this awful, bitter tasting, orange looking super spoiled pineapple juice. We were barely offered an apology from the waitress. The manager never came over and addressed the issue although he saw us return the drinks. Than it took ten minutes for my kids to get replacement drinks.

Amazing food, sooo delicious... Most tender fajita meat we've ever had & I loved the Ceviche (& I hate seafood)...The service... more than amazing... so very attentive & just down right nice people... found a new fav & it isn't even close to home really...

Service was great. Quality pretty good. But, way overpriced for what you get!! Very small portions. Queso is plain and horrible. I have never understood how some Mexican Restaurants make plain bland queso with nothing in it beside thick cheese. Homemade with velveeta, rotel, onions, and whatever else you want in it is much better than this!

I felt that the child's plate we ordered, Quesadilla, was overpriced. It was a small torilla with metled cheese folded in half. The fries on the side also seemed a bit soggy. I felt $6 was too much for the portion size and quality. For the price, I consider the adult portions to be a bit on the small side, but adequate.

From Our Editors

Madres Restaurant's new location matches the charm of the original Friendswood eatery, dishing out the same elegant takes on lime-marinated ceviche, sizzling fajitas, and sauce-slathered enchiladas. After finishing off the last bacon-wrapped shrimp brochette, patrons can request that a chef wrap bacon around other Madres offerings, such as buffalo wings or glasses of red wine.
