One if the best virtual yoga classes I have ever done. I barely had to look at the screen she was very descriptive and intuitive with movements

As a beginner I felt very comfortable in the class. Max Richie was a very informative instructor, very easy going, and encouraging. It was a relaxed atmosphere. I did sweat and felt some pain from stretching but it felt really good! I signed up right away for morning classes to keep the momentum going. Thanks Max!
