I scheduled a time. Went there and discovered she was close. I asked for a refund. Never got it. She did offer a free session.

If there was a way to give a negative rating I totally would. I bought 2 for my daughters for Christmas. Kelsey took deposits on my kid's debit cards so we wouldn't cancel appointments without proper notice. SHE cancelled numerous times on both. We have hounded her for months for appointments and the refund of my kids' $50. Finally was able to complete one appointment and it almost took a month to get the $25 back. I asked her if me showing up in person would be quicker...she finally Venmo one kid last night. The other is still waiting. I am horrified that someone would do this to antoher, but more horrified she feels it is ok to do it to kids.

Bought the Groupon June 2020, it’s now April 2021 and I have received 2/3 microdermabrasion services . And this is due to canceling and rescheduling on the merchants (Kelsey) part. I wouldn’t purchase again. A waste
