We appreciate your feedback and would like to clarify several important points. Our Nurse Practitioner operates strictly by appointment and prioritizes patients confirmed on the schedule. Your original visit was booked for a different date. When you requested a last-minute change, we informed you the schedule was full. Despite this, we went above and beyond to accommodate you by fitting you in between scheduled patients, with the understanding that confirmed appointments would be prioritized. During your visit, a comprehensive consultation was performed. Facial anatomy, muscle dynamics, treatment options, risks, benefits, and realistic expectations were thoroughly discussed. All informed consent forms were reviewed and signed prior to treatment. Botulinum treatment is a medical procedure not a magic eraser. It relaxes specific muscle groups. Facial muscles function in coordinated patterns. Treating one isolated area while declining treatment of related muscle groups can limit the final outcome. For example, if you go to the gym and train only your right arm, you cannot expect your left arm to develop equally. Muscles must be trained together to create balance and symmetry. Balanced treatment plans are designed to create harmony, not partial correction. As discussed, you had not received treatment in several years and presented with deep static lines visible at rest. These result from long-term collagen and elastin loss. Neurotoxin relaxes muscle activity but does not replace lost collagen or permanently erase established lines. Consistency over time is often required for optimal improvement. You elected to proceed with a limited treatment area rather than the full recommendation. You received exactly the treatment and units selected. A standard two-week follow-up was recommended; however, no follow-up visit, communication, or photos were provided prior to this review. We stand by the care, education, and professional standards upheld in our practice.

At Kapriz Medical Spa, we take great care to educate every client beforehand on facial anatomy, realistic expectations, and achievable results with neurotoxin. Neurotoxin works by relaxing muscles and reducing movement; it does not replace lost collagen or correct deep hollow areas. As discussed during your visit, you had not received neurotoxin treatment for over a year prior. Despite this, we achieved amazing results- your forehead became smooth as a glass, and there was significant improvement in the area between the eyebrows, which previously had very deep lines. These results were reviewed with you through before-and-after photos. As we discussed during the visit Neurotoxin results continue to improve with consistency; similar to going to the gym, you not loosing the weight in one day, optimal results will be achieved with multiple training sessions!
