Their laser cause extreme skin darkening after 1st session. They initially promised full refund including the 1st session and now they are flipping their words and saying they cannot refund the session that made my skin hyperpigmented. I have gotten laser at other clinic and this NEVER happened to me. Initially the nurse reassured the darkening would be better in 1-2 months so I waited while applying the hyperpigmentation cream they gave. Manager Caitlin is now saying I SIGNED acknowledging the risks. No empathy. Not to mention Caitlin hung up on me in the middle of the call and when I call back the front answers, "she's with patient." Save your skin and skip this clinic.
