First of all, this is not a massage place. They don’t know how to massage at all. My wife wanted to leave after 15 minutes and was just too polite and stayed longer. They only reason we bought this Groupon since they advertised access to sauna: « Enjoy all-day access to traditional saunas, hot tubs, and plunge pools for ultimate relaxation inside a historic banya». None of that was available and the massage was absolutely the worst you can think of. Avoid at all costs.

They hate when you come in with. Groupon. Rude service, bought a 60 minutes, and only received 45 minutes.

First, people who work here aren’t friendly at all. It was a bad experience with the massage, the bed sheet has stained and a lot of hair(so disgusting). I told the masseuse that it was dirty then she cover it with the new sheet so she didn’t change or clean!!!!! The massage was very light and feels nothing, I don’t have a good time at all! I will never come back to this place again ever!

The Sheets had stains. (Yuch!) I wonder what that was from???? I was also disappointed with the massage. The masseuse did not include a foot massage and the 60-minute massage lasted only 45-minutes.
