They did not honor the Groupon, but put limits on the number of chickens that could be order. Extremely poor customer service.

Portions were extremely small when using Groupon versus regular prices. Side order of yucca was just 3 pieces of fries and the main entree was only 1/2 of what a full price order is usually. They are cheating customers who use Groupon

See I for sides were too small. The large corn side was one war of corn-- $4.99 for 1 corn cob , really ?!

Why does the cashier go back to tell the cook and the server that the customer have a Groupon? And you say it in spanish thinking I can't understand what you are saying. You do this because you give smaller servings for customers with Groupons. This make the customer feel like you are discriminating against them for buying your Groupon. If you don't like customers to use their Groupon for the worth of the coupon, maybe you should not offer Groupon deals!
