I found this organization to be unprofessional. It was difficult to book w/ groupon. Had to talk to 3 different people. Guide was smoking when we checked in, and exhaled smoke IN MY FACE. His shirt was stained, he looked unkept. Tour was rushed, he was 10 ft ahead of everyone! He behaved annoyed, and his "historical" info was off. (I am a Historian.) My hubbie and I were not impressed.

Learning the history behind the hauntings was great but the tour guide was in a huge hurry & smoked cigarettes the whole time. We were done in 45 minutes.

I called 7 times trying to get a reservation, left 3 msgs, no one called me back. I booked for 10 pm and then she said she wasn't sure if they were doing a 1000 pm. The address is in front of a public library and when we got there, no one was there. We were standing in the dark wondering if we were in the right place. The only good part was the guide, very knowledgeable.

What I could hear on the tour was very interesting. The guide had lots of good information but even when we were right there we couldn't always hear him. He also took off and left us crossing a street among other things because of traffic.

Not what we were expecting. Just looking at homes from outside. Tour guide did a good job though.

The tour was fun with the family and the tour guy was somewhat knowledgeable. It was a little unprofessional that he smoked cigs on the tour and he would walk really fast sometimes which was hard for my grandmother. He took us down to abandoned properties where it felt like we were going to get mugged at times. One house we walked up the steps had broken glass and a dirty tampon on the steps.

It was cool, there was one creepy house... I thought we would be going into a place prior to signing up. All in all the stories were great and I enjoyed the other tourists...
