Great service and ambiance.

This is the first Groupon that I've been truly disappointed by. I did not realize what the groupon consisted of until after I left the facility when I had read about the time break down. It stated that the microdermabrasion was 40 minutes followed by a 20 min facial. I arrived at 10, filled out paperwork, had the visia analysis, and waited for the aesthetician till 10:30 and was in the lobby waiting for my visia print out by 11:15 (hence, my total treatment time was 45-min. I also ended up waiting in the lobby for 15 minutes - leaving the facility at 11:30 - as the visia analysis sheet was not even printed, which I had to further ask for). Upon realizing this, I was very upset that I did not receive what I paid for. What made me even more upset was that I held up Groupon's expectation of tipping (giving her more than 15% - she was given $50). It was very disappointing experience. IT WAS NOT WORTH THE VALUE EVEN WITH THE GROUPON
