Lan's Special Nails, Germantown

They took three hours to do my nails, poor service, rude, attitude, and then wouldn't honor the groupon. I took my two granddaugter with me which I paid separate, however when I called and asked the price and when they went to charge me it was a lot more. They ended up giving me "Partial" credit on my groupon, so I paid about $25 more then I should have. I would not have been as disappointed if I had excellent service and good results. I had to go get my nails redone just 5 days later because they were so bad. I have had my nails done every two weeks for the last 30 years, and this is by far the worst job and experience I have ever had. If they were offering a day of doing pedi/mani's free I would not accept the offer. Horrible, I repeat horrible experience.

They were nice & all business. Only thing I made an appt but still had to wait 45 Min. They didn't speak English very well & only explained that a technician was absent that day after I asked 30 mins into my wait. But they tag teamed & worked quickly once they got to me. They were nice & polite

Lan's special nail refused to accept my groupon. They told me that groupon had made a mistake and had sold too many groupons for them. they told me that I would need to contact groupon for a refund and that I would need to pay full price for the service that I received. I explained to them that I was not willing to pay for a service which I had already paid for. The staff became very argumentative and told me I HAD to pay. I tried calling groupon but it was after business hours. I felt very embarrassed as the staff was being irate and after trying to explain myself for 10 minutes I eventually left to go to my vehicle, but not before leaving my name, telephone number, and groupon #
