Precision Scuba Instruction, also known as PSI, is an educational entity dedicated only to training scuba divers to be safe, strong and competent divers in open water, ocean environments. PSI is owned by Rick Landry, a certified NAUI instructor with over 50 years of diving experience and 47 years as a scuba instructor. At PSI, we are dedicated to scuba instruction. We are not here to sell gear and we don’t push follow-up certification courses. We give you more training in our basic Open Water Scuba Certification course than the dive shops, and we also certify our divers in the ocean, not a lake. While Lake Pleasant may be convenient, it does not prepare you for the open ocean.
