Holly was very professional and thorough, went through the whole electrolysis process with me before starting, and explained it could take 6-12 months for all the hair follicles to be treated. I only had a small area that I was worried about which didn't take the full 30 min. Rather than just stopping there, she asked if there was any other area I'd like her to work on, so I got the full benefit. I'll be returning every couple weeks to continue the elimination and make sure all the hair follicles in the area are fully treated.

She will send you directions to get to her office which is hard to find when you get there. I am truly blessed to have found her. Thank you for putting your service on Groupon.

holly is very professional and prompt......and is very conscientious about doing her job properly. she's friendly and easy to talk to....she can make what can be an uncomfortable experience quite tolerable. I would return for sure.

Holly is very friendly. But, most importantly she has a lot of medical knowledge and explains the process very thoroughly! I've had years of laser, with limited permanet success. I'm hopeful that with Holly's expertise and care, Electrology will be the answer!
