Terrible experience! The owner mentioned multiple times that she hates Groupon and she doesn’t make any money off them. The owner reminded me twice that I was “getting a good deal” because she’s a high end stylist who charges double what I paid for the Groupon. The owner was also very judgmental and she reminded me several times that I have a lot more gray hair than she does. Terrible Experience

I called to make a reservation and made one for a specified time the following week. I noted the time as I run a business and needed to make sure I could break away. Upon, 30 minutes of the appointment time, the salon calls me asking where I am and my appointment was right then. I apologized thinking perhaps I got the time wrong even though I was sure I heard it right. She was irritated on the phone and I asked if she could still do the cut as I was on the way. She said no and that she waited for me and will now need to go to her appointment she had. I apologized again and asked if she would reschedule at a time that would work best for the next week and she hesitated and frustratingly said usually she doesn't reschedule the groupon reservations but I sounded nice so she would but threw out only the same time and day for the next week not really giving much option or flexibility. Not wanting to "burden" her any more I decided to decline altogether and told her she can just keep the groupon commission and I'll go elsewhere to which she said "You'll miss a good haircut". She had also mentioned that earlier in the week I had called to confirm the appointment (which I did not) so I should have known the time. She also said she texted me an hour before the appointment as a reminder. I checked my phone after the call and there was no text. I question the integrity of the salon and the deal being offered. I will no longer buy groupon deals at salons again. Lesson learned!

The owner of this salon is great! She is fast, efficient, and gives a great haircut, which is difficult when you have super fine and thin hair like me. I highly recommend her!
