Absolutely devastated at these scarring results!!! The bbl facial they gave me cause my face to feel like it was on fire for HOURS. I am so devastated!!!!! The doctor who I have never even met called me after I said my concerns, berated me on the phone, lied several times and then hung up on me! I am balling and absolutely devastated!!!!

I had an appointment date & time written on the appt reminder card that they gave me which I brought in on the day of my visit. When I came to my appt they proceeded to tell me that I did not have an appt even after plain seeing that it is written on the card. They said they didn’t have it in their system, & the tech was all booked up. I went home w/out an appt that day, even though they messed up
