Pole Power helps students develop strength, poise, and sensuality through spins, climbs, and static poses on the pole. During group classes, one-on-one private lessons, and parties, students learn to master pole-dance moves. Then, they combine those moves into choreographed routines that are thrilling to watch. The routines show off the contours of the body, building strength and flexibility at the same time.

I wish I knew to sign up for more than just one class! It was my first groupon purchase so I didn't know any better.

Many women might enjoy this particular location but personally I don't like to share poles. There was no routine. The class was mixed level. A playlist was not set up. The room was too cramped for 13+ ladies. 4 poles is a joke. Warm up was a joke. Again, this is from someone who took classes at pink fitness for over 3 years. Larger gym, more experienced teachers, set routine.

It would be helpful to do yoga for a couple of weeks before you go...I'm sore. Charlotte is very nice and patience with beginners!
