Very unorganized, even with the name change. They’ve cancelled and rescheduled several of my appointments.

Had an appointment scheduled, showed up and wasn’t on the system. Receptionist had to print papers out for me to fill out but somehow forgot the password to the tablet with the papers to print out. Was talking to her friend on the phone the entire time to bring her food and said no one was in the building except her. Skipped the papers and was told my “small area” would be considered a “medium area”. Have to pay almost double. It’s smaller than the size of three of my fingers. Was told to pay later because she didn’t know how to print the papers. Finally got to the laser room and glasses don’t get clean till next person comes in and the receptionist uses a baby wipe to clean it then uses the same wipe to clean my face. Laser was done in 30 seconds, rushed with no consideration for the customer. Very disappointing first time. I don’t know how the place runs with just the receptionist doing everything.

I've just received a Smartlaser Lipo surgery in my outer thigh area. I've always been fit and slender however, I have the saddlebags that never go away after many efforts to remove them. I've tried Coolsculpting, Vellashape, Cellutone, and other modalities to try to tighten and slim the area. I've just had an Excellent experience with Britney, Diane and Dr. Gevorgyan, very nice woman who care!

I saw Marie, she was awesome! I had to give a 4 instead of a 5 star rating only because I wasn't told on the phone when booking my appt that you must be shaved prior to the appt. I asked when booking the appt if there was anything I needed to know or special to do and she said just don't use any oil or lotion prior to appt time. Like I said Marie was awesome and I'm excited to see the results.
