From the moment I walked In the studio was warm and welcoming even in a very cold day. I tried basics and beyond. Having been very absent from yoga I was looking for a traditional hatha class with assists and classics. This was perfect, challenging yet still accessible. I will be back. If you are new to yoga a great studio for fundamentals
