About Skydive Great Lakes

Nick Kant and Heather Adams wanted the already extraordinary feeling of free fall to be even more incomparable for their customers. The couple devised a skydiving business that could be exhilarating not only for the jumpers but for their family and friends. At Skydive Great Lakes, nonskydivers are welcome to cheer on their flying pals in drop zones designed for spectators, who can view a live video feed from onboard the aircraft. Nick's skills as an aerial videographer allow clients to capture every moment of an inaugural tandem dive, from the initial jump-off to the inevitable midair arguments with Peter Pan. Flying out of Goshen, ground-school grads can board a yellow Pilatus Porter plane that fits up to 10 jumpers. Heather and Nick are the only enthusiasts in the country who launch skydivers from a Sikorsky S-55 helicopter, which hovers over drop zones on select weekends.

Purchased this groupon for my husband for a fathers day gift. He used it on Sept 29th. We called and arranged a day and time (10:30) on Sat the 29th. No instructions were given for dress etc., so I had my husband call again to be sure we didn't need to be there early to dress, etc. They said no just arrive at 10:30. He actually didn't jump until almost 4:00. We had friends who drove with us because they wanted to watch him jump and they were stuck with us the entire time. They had nothing to drink because they said they hadn't filled the coolers from the weekend before. They had no snacks available but they made a run for lunch themselves. We had to leave my husband and go get drinks and lunch. There were people there from 2 and 3 hours away that were still waiting when my husband finally jumped. One couple said at that point they would have to rent a room. They wouldn't want to drive back home that late. I also purchased the video and pictures for $140.00. I have yet to receive them. I have made serveral calls and was told that their editor quit but they would try and have it to me. That was 3 weeks ago. My last call said I that I would be calling the better business bureau. It is now November 22 and if I don't have the tape and pictures by the time we get home from Thanksgiving with family I will be calling the better Business bureau. This place is a joke with the organizational abilities. Not sure I would ever be able to trust them to take care of my husband if they can't do a better job than this. WOULD DEFINETLY NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!! If you can be of any help with my pictures and video I would greatly appreciate it. THanks, DMorningstar

IT WAS AWESOME!!!!!!!! I THINK EVERYONE SHOULD SKY DIVE AT LEAST ONCE. I'M READY TO GO AGAIN. AT GREAT LAKES TODD IS GREAT AND OH SO FUNNY.
