Our favorite Grand Rapids restaurant! It's excellence is consistent. The food is delicious: the service is great and the house sangria is divine.

The food was tasty. We had Maust Khiar, yogurt, with diced cucumber, chopped walnuts, currant raisins and crushed mint with pid. Delicious! Mahicheh a lamb shank (18-20 oz), braised in tomato sauce with carrots and peas, served with herb and Fava-bean rice. We also ordered the wedding rice, with candied orange curls, barberries, and sautéed julienned carrots, with slivered almonds and Persian pistachios, cooked with Saffron rice. We expected the herbed rice to be served with the meat so we could better enjoy the wedding rice later. Unfortunately the wedding rice was served with the meat. Other than that, everything was fine.
