I have been going to Nuebella for a little over a year. I actually learned about its existence through Groupon, and specifically for the lash lift and tint. I was thoroughly educated about about this procedure by the owner of the salon Ms. Mary. I was very inspired when she shared some of her story and sacrifices that she made in order to be able thto build this company from the ground up all by herself while raising young daughters is truly a testament to what can be done when you have the right motivation. Since my very first visit last year Mary finally took on a new employee- a wonderful young lady by the name of Briana who has taken over this beauty procedure and I must say I am truly truly amazed at what an art form this is and how both Mary and now Briana take their work very seriously and had turned it into something all their own! I would highly recommend anybody who has never had this procedure done to give it a tryto try as it is much easier than using your eyelash curler and it lasts several weeks as well opposed to several seconds or minutes if you are lucky!

Mary does such a great job and is so pleasant to talk to. It makes the procedure go by much quicker! I love the way my lashes look.

Mary was very friendly and easy to talk to. My lashes turned out wonderfully. If I had to say anything negative it would just be that everything is online now, so communication with the salon was done via text. But the service in person was fantastic.

Not a good experience, do not recommend. Owner is hard to communicate with. Only reachable by text, really bad customer service. Used covid vaccine as excuse for my lashes to not lift completely. I would've probably understand if none of my lashes had lifted, but half of them did, which means vaccine didn't affect treatment, such bad experience. Not even worth discounted price!
