As you can imagine, getting a Brazilian wax is a horrifying, cringe-worthy experience for first timers. My expectations were for me to walk out of there in tears and excruciating pain. April, however, made my experience comfortable and entertaining. She knew just how to distract me pre-rip, I focused on her stories more than I focused on my hair follicles being yanked. She was sweet and very informative, she had no problem answering any questions I had (as you can imagine, I had plenty!) The salon itself is homey and warm; the room that the waxing occurred in was very comfortable, not to mention the tempting bowl of sweets she had for her customers. I recommend her 100%
