Very professional and knowledgeable about pressure points and reflexology and what connects all the muscle groups for release of tension and tightness. Helpful breath work throughout. Excellent full body work that leaves you tension free and completely relaxed but not sore. Even recommended certain exercise to keep tightness from returning. Excellent experience and I highly recommend!
