About Brioso Fresh Pasta

The notion of “fast and casual” isn't new—most chain restaurants adhere to the concept, as do many conversations with abandoned sock puppets. However, at Brioso Fresh Pasta, efficient service merges with local and organic ingredients to bump "fast and casual" into the glow of a new spotlight. Italian dishes range from house-made pasta to fork-free paninis, all of which arrive at tables on the arms of friendly servers. Brioso’s culinary team also respects special dietary needs with gluten-free pastas and vegan menu options.

Large groups of college students create a lot of noise. Not sure if something can be done to dampen sound. Kind of ruins atmosphere.love the food

My husband has Celiac Disease , no gluten. The restaurant advertises all sauces are GF and have GF pasta. He ordered a Caesar without croutons, it was served with croutons. He sent it back to the kitchen where we observed the "plater" picking off the croutons. My husband informed him that would not be acceptable as the lettuce was cross contaminated. He replied, I'm saving them for another salad! Really? My husband asked what brand of GF pasta they serve and the "plater" gave details about their GF facility in Mauldin where it's made. After my husband walked away a co worker of the "plater" replies, "wow, I didn't know that that". Plater says, "I don't know but it sounded good" .
