Yeah ....maybe he was a new guy or something, but he came in checked everything cleaned everything. He was very nice. We left after he did to go out....it was a Friday night. Came back to the house with no A.C. went outside and he put the fuse in upside down so it wasn't turning on. Yeah....wont be calling them again.

Five Star was on time, super courteous and professional. They tuned up my 2 AC units and discovered that I the one upstairs was not starting regularly. They replaced a small starter and the upstairs is the coolest it has ever been. I also got them to come back and give me an estimate on Insulation and I was very pleased with there estimate.

Tuning service is totally waste. They will just come, raise your cooling on thermostat wait and see if it's working or not. One one of my unit, it wasn't blowing cold air, when I asked about it, they said the diagnoise is not covered and would cost extra. After looking into the services, they were trying to charge me about 350$ to replace a $10 starting capacitor. I would not recommend them for any A/C related service.
