I gave it one star because I have to give it a rating . Horrible experience waited 3 hrs to be given a rain check for another day . Then was told that I was a no show which wasn’t true and lost my money and raincheck . The man that runs the place is very rude and not willing to work with you. Told me I can jump is I pay again . In the end I didn’t get to jump and lost out of 450.00

Renee, we are very clear on our raincheck policy and it was kindly explained to you again when you called. It was explained again to your husband when he called. As explained, when you reserve your spot we do not sell it to anyone else. Because there are only limited spots on each day, when someone does not show up, we cannot sell that slot and we lose the revenue for that slot. We allow changes 5 days before the scheduled jump which is clearly stated on our website and during the checkout process. We went outside of our policy and offered you a compromise yesterday which is still available to you. Had you called us within the allotted time to make a change to your reservation, we are sure you would have had a great time and given us 5 stars just as thousands of other people have.
