They make you feel uncomfortable for using the Groupon. The procedure seemed rushed and I’m not sure what is supposed to be happening but it isn’t what I expected or have seem as results of a chemical peel.

The girl at the desk was amazing. But when I walked in to the office as the “one who purchased a Groupon” I felt like it was an odd experience. The injector came off as if I was trying to get away with something here? It’s your Groupon that you offer to your new clientele. They told me I need to go sit back in the waiting room as if I didn’t pay as I’m showing proof I did. Then results didn’t last

Very disappointing experience. I booked an appointment specifically for masseter Botox using a Groupon, and clearly stated this at the time of booking. When I arrived, the PA refused to provide the Groupon service and the medical assistant told me I would instead need an $800 treatment. By that point, the staff had already redeemed my Groupon, leaving me stuck. I immediately tried to cancel and contact the merchant, but received no response for days. This felt misleading and unprofessional. I would not recommend this place, especially to Groupon customers.
