I asked her to focus on my neck and shoulders and she rubbed my shoulder blades with her forearm and elbows the entire time. I left with the same exact next tension I came in with. Wasted my money.

Thank you so much for your review!!! I am so sorry that you did not enjoy your massage. However, the modality is called "Trigger Point". One massage for 50 minutes will not relieve tension that has been built up for years. If the fascia is extremely tight, there are other techniques used like myofascial cuppint therapy, Aahiatsu, etc. That is why I offer a variety of modalities to chose from with increased time. Thank you so much for your review!!! The technique used during your session is called "Trigger Point Therapy". Trigger point therapy is a type of massage that focuses on a speicific area. However, I do offer a variety of modalities on my site such as Ashiatsu, Myofascial cupping, etc. One massage for 50 minutes isn't much time to relieve tension that has been active for years without massage frequently.
