Absolutely amazing! I was in a complete panic after learning there were a few confirmed cases of lice at my job. I called Head to Head and they gave me an early appointment right away. It was a quick process to have the exam. The girls were fast, knowledgeable, and I feel that they were very thorough. Luckily my family was lice free, but I recommended their business to all the other families I work with. They offer a great service, and in the event that this ever (hopefully not) happens again I will definitely be using their services!

So sweet! We went for lice check bc it’s going around daycare. After she cleared my kids she said no reason for me to be checked. I respected that she didn’t just do it to charge for the service! That is the sign of a great business and customer service!

It’s a rip off. My niece had 3 nits in her hair and they wanted to charge me $215 to remove them. Shame on them for taking advantage of families like that.
