I drove miles to get to the Cookie Factory Outlet & when I got there, shelves were mostly bare... The deal said $60 towards cookies & cookie trays but, she said it was a misprint & only towards cellophane wrapped cookies. Personally I said that's not my fault that there are many boxes of cookies I can get in smaller sizes & she should be more accommodating. She wasn't only NOT accommodating but, down right nasty about it too! I had to buy two cookie trays that were broken in many pieces... I will NOT recommend & never go again!!

Love the products and love the people in the store. I was disappointed that I could use the Groupon only for the wrapped platters, but I bought them in addition to the big box of rainbow cookies. Everyone loved them!
