Very disappointed. It didn't work on me at all, I was promised treatment until it worked and I was called the day of my appt to tell me she needed to reschedule and she would call me the following day with a new appt date. I gave it the entire next day and I asked about an appt and was told she was very busy, no openings. 2 months later, still no return call, nothing. Don't waste your money.

When going for the first appt., I was a little worried because it's in an older building and looked a bit sketchy but once we were checked in and met Tammy, it was all good. She is great, friendly, professional and goes above and beyond. We leave a 10% tip each time on what the service would have cost. So far we are only three sessions completed but it seems the hair is coming in less thick and not growing as fast so still waiting to see if this does the trick.
