They no longer offer the service I purchased my Groupon for and I had to spend a lot of time getting a credit from Groupon.

I cannot recommend this rental service. I had a 4 hour rental, but the Razr broke down and I lost an hour. Luckily, I was able to call and they brought out another machine. They told me I could have a partial refund. However, when I returned the machine, the story changed. They said a partial refund wasn't possible. They offered me an unspecified discount on a future rental. They didn't seem to care about customer experience and satisfaction.
