This was my first visit to Bloom Spa and meeting Kym. She is SO fantastic! The treatment is a bit painful, but Kym does numb you up before hand. She explained everything she was going to do and explained it every step of the way!!! Fabulous experience!

Had an incredible hydrofacial session with Kym! She was very informative, intentional, and gentle. I felt so refreshed and relaxed, not to mention my skin is GLOWING! Couldn’t be more satisfied with the results.
