Paintball Adventures, Littleton

We've been repeat customers here for years and years. Our last visit in October of 2022 was a bit of a disappointment as I scheduled a birthday party for 8. At the last minute we had 2 extra people going, so I purchased a second groupon for 2. They refused to let us use 2 groupons so now I am stuck with a groupon we can't use before it expires and we had to pay full price for the 2 extra people. In the past they've been easy to work with and we've had all sorts of size groups and used multiple groupons. Left a bad feeling with us and I feel ripped off. What crappy customer service. We spend a bunch of extra money on more paintballs and would have spent even more if they'd been more accomodating.

We had a great time. Except for one girl referee employee that must have been having a bad day. She was an absolute pill and had everyone looking at each other in disbelief at some of the things she said to us. The rental guns were hit or miss(expected I guess)and the field paint was junk. I wish they had a low-end or high-end option for paintballs. We would have gladly paid more for better paint.

This was fun! The leaders explained how things work very well and my kids had a good time. I didn’t realize this is basically a half day activity. You will need to buy more paintballs to play more than one round.
