What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Total Fitness Colorado has been newly renovated with brand new equipment. We take pride in our cleanliness and have professional cleaners come 3x per week to keep our place sparkling and clean. All of our trainers hold professional certifications or have a degree in a related exercise field.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Everyone 1 on 1 client receives an individualized program fit to their specific needs and goals. We provide check ups and weigh ins to keep clients on point to their program and provide the emotional support as well. TFC is a welcoming atmosphere with friendly trainers and great music.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We wanted a place where we felt comfortable working out and didn't have to wait for equipment or feel like we were just a number like in a big box gym.

What do you love most about your job?
Seeing our clients get results and achieve what they though was impossible. It always brings a smile to my face.
